At Ultra Electronics Electrics we have adopted the eight quality
management principles identified by the International Organisation for
Standardization. These are used by Management in order to lead the Organization
towards success and improved performance.
Our Vision Plan and Balanced Scorecard framework provides the vehicle for our
continual Improvement initiatives. We strive to understand our customers'
future needs to exceed their expectations. We have included information about
our Approval certificates from various organizations such as the CAA, MOD and
BSi.
