A complete customer support service offers not only traditional support of repair, overhaul, technical publications and AOG services, but is also fully conversant in operating Integrated Logistic Support and Logistic Support Analysis to MilStd 1388 requirements.

Integrated Logistic Support

Ultra meets the requirements of Defence Standard 00-60 to offer a support programme that is tailored to the customer’s needs over the planned service life of the equipment being supplied.

Each element of ILS is produced in accordance with a recognised national or international specification that controls the structure and content. Examples of these specifications are:

• Def.Stan 00-600 for ILS/LSA
• Def.Stan 00400 & 00-41 for reliability and maintainability planning
• MIL-STD-217F, Notice 2, for reliability predictions
• ATA100, AvP70 and AECMA1000D for technical publications
